Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CLEANZO Exterior Solutions LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Services
CLEANZO Exterior Solutions LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, fleet washing, roof cleaning, and surface restoration for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial properties in Illinois.
Quotes provided are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site or property survey and may vary based on actual conditions encountered at the time of service.
Quotes and Pricing
Starting-at pricing displayed on this website reflects base rates for standard services and is subject to change based on:
- Property size and surface area to be cleaned
- Surface type and condition
- Access conditions and scheduling requirements
- Service frequency and contract terms
- Add-on services selected
Actual prices are provided in writing prior to service commencement.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service amount.
CLEANZO reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the individual service agreement or quote provided to the client. Commercial and recurring accounts may be invoiced on a net-30 basis. Residential services are typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Guarantee
CLEANZO warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service performed, contact us within 5 business days of service completion and we will arrange a re-service at no additional charge, subject to the scope agreed upon in the original service agreement.
The guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused by client property conditions, or surfaces that were not included in the original scope of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring clear access to areas to be serviced
- Relocating or protecting vehicles, furniture, planters, and other personal property within the work area
- Ensuring irrigation systems and electrical outlets near work areas are identified prior to service
- Disclosing known hazards, sensitive surfaces, or special conditions
Limitation of Liability
CLEANZO Exterior Solutions LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including property damage, lost business, or reduced property value, except where required by applicable Illinois law.
Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their property.
Insurance
CLEANZO maintains commercial general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request prior to service commencement. We are registered with the Illinois Secretary of State and carry coverage appropriate for the services rendered.
Privacy
Information collected from clients is used to provide services and communicate about estimates, appointments, and invoicing. We do not sell or share client information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Illinois.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
